VPC version 3.5.2 update and bugfix

Well, because I am apparently the sole user of this application, the bugs are revealed only when I use it in real-life applications. Another SPI bug:

When VPC generate code for SPI, the indexfor the combo-box that sets the speed of the SPI GPIO pins was off with one value. If you had set the speed on “Medium”, the VPC would have written “High”. Fixed.

Both Nucleo and LQFP64 pinout setup windows have now more information regarding the pin composition of most of the peripherals. Code uploaded in repository: https://gitlab.com/funlw65/vscode_nucleo_l152re/commit/7b1125b1
